Cameras doesn’t return recording after power goes off or if loose internet signal temporary. And it’s so complicated to have them recording again. Have to go in everyone off them and unplug the power and plug back on the camera and reset everything. It’s a waist off time. Don’t buy because I am also paying for amcrest cloud and i lost my money.
I have input everything correctly and have been working on this stupid thing for over an hour. It absolutely will not connect to our WiFi. Would not recommend the app or any amcrest products!

Easy to set up, very high resolution picture and great performance in the app, no streaming latency at all.
I have one Amcrest camera but it does not let me add other ones… My phone App tells mi I am saturated and can not add another camera WHY..???? Thanks for getting back to me JJD
I recently purchased this product not long ago. I’m a bit surprised, UI definitely needs to be modernized/updated, but it’s giving me “why fix it something that’s already working”. Latency is almost an issue for me, given the fact from my Router’s latency between my switch and camera 5-11ms. Other wise this product does work, I mean it’s just that, it needs more functionality. Features that can be done in the background. Other wise I’m pretty satisfied with everything. Not the top of the line, but it’s decent.
The camera this has given me a headache. I have called technical support several times and the issue has not been resolved. I was told that they were going to call me back and they never did. I can not see my recordings.
For quite some time now I have been getting numerous notifications that the health check on my camera has failed followed by notifications that it has passed minutes later. But if I check live view right away, it comes up fine. This issue has gotten much worse lately. Very annoying!
Always shuts down suddenly out of no reason. How can people develop such awful app? So bad!!!!
