It gets access to your photos without your permission when you just install it. After some minutes the access is turned off. Intrusive!!!! Good functionalities

I don’t see the app being updated frequently! Also it does not support full screen in iPhone X.

Please update the all to the new iPhones screen format.

Very easy, incredible images

I'm having problems connecting my camera after upgrading to OS IOS10 . the application blames lack of connectivity eat internet. I ask urgent aid of Amcrest . Grateful

There’s no way this is a legit application. The settings don’t work and won’t even register most of my cameras. Amcrest teams function worse than their applications. Why so many applications that do the same thing and all with dumped ratings

These cams are ok, but the software is horrible. Do not buy this garbage. Absolutely the worst programming you’ll ever see. Even worse than windows 95 back in the day.

Stay away from this brand as they could care less about Mac apps or the user feedback and reviews saying this app doesn’t work for Mac!!

Cameras are great. But that’s where the pros of Amcrest camera systems end. Wish we’d have gone with another company from the beginning, but with 21 total cameras, we’re unfortunately committed at this point. The app itself is ABYSMAL! Amcrest just doesn’t care to improve anything here. Not much has changed in this app in 7-8 years. Main complaints: 1) The user interface is NOT user friendly. 2) The cameras viewed in favorites MUST remain in the camera channel order and CANNOT be reordered so you have the cameras arranged how you want. PLEASE fix this! 3) You cannot save the camera layout of your live view, so every time you switch between favorites groups, you just rearrange all the cameras again. 4) The ability to rename the camera (instead of “channel #”) doesn’t work - though the help menu suggests that you can modify this. Overall wouldn’t recommend going with Amcrest if you don’t already have a camera system. Try one of the other major companies
