The app is pretty dead because the app keeps lagging and won’t work properly. It keeps saying that something went wrong when it tries to load anything. The same goes for when you wanna post. It basically just doesn’t work the way it used to
I wish I could give less stars. Fix your damn app. There is ALWAYS server problems!

I swear if you guys don’t make some kind of change here I’m seriously gonna delete the app, because I got 2 dms from older men who wanted to see pictures of me naked.(I am lgbtq and a minor so it’s really uncomfortable, and btw Yu have already banned one of them) So please make a setting where you can change peoples who dms you or make it so people can’t unless you follow them or something. I’m begging you🙏

Amino is one of the best apps i've ever gotten but it logged me out once, still a great app but PLEASE remove the live feature because it doesn't fit well due to the massive porno in there.

I'm giving your app three stars. I love Amino. I've been on the app for what? four? five years? I've made many great friends, and I've grown as a person. unfortunately, you brought in the live feature, and that has truly started to make the amino experience less pleasant. the lives tend to be inappropriate — please remember that there are minors. the fact they are also displayed on top of every single community, is even more terrible. please, I beg you amino, fix this. sincerely, grey
To be completely honest, I’ve now left amino due to the new update, I do not feel safe on amino anymore so I decided to leave it completely, I won’t recommend this app anymore I miss the old amino Please make an option at Least for the new update like it’s actually not okay because of all the minors that are on the app.
While the app serves its basic purpose as a place for people to gather about common interests, it does so and not much else. Ever since I joined this app back in 2016, it has been in at a point of decline. In the past couple of years this decline has only gotten steeper. Throw in predatory capitalizing on basic services, a "Live feature" which is actually fed to this 13+ app from an adult chatroom (resulting in the first thing I see when I log on most often being scandalously-clad women and/or men), and so. many. ads that seem to creep their way in wherever it may be possible, even in the middle of short blog posts. The staff of the app itself are often unresponsive towards the communities, and you can oftentimes forget all about getting a strike or ban removed from your account when a bot decides a picture you posted resembled something inappropriate even though it didn’t. Users: There are plenty better alternatives than this app if you’re looking for a gathering of communities. Parents: This app stopped being 13+ a couple of years ago. There are a lot of things in most communities on the daily that your child should not see.
I love amino but this new update truly upsets me you should at least be able to disable it or hide it. There are kids on this app.
