Negative UX ambank mobile app
Irritating and unfriendly mobile app experience. If got system maintenance, put a warning sign la, dont wait till ppl click some action then say cannot do this cannot do that due to system fault. Every u click inside the app, any single thing also will waste a few seconds of your life to load. So many advertisement for what, basic thing don’t do properly. Want to make a payment also wasting so much time. Credit card payment reminder also didnt see. Purposely design to make ppl fail to make payment? Go see how Singapore bank make their mobile app then you will find out why only ur bank gets 2 stars low rating on mobile app. Dev team make the app so lousy until customers want to switch bank😂
