Phone verification failure

Still having phone verification failure despite the updates a week ago. Please fix this else this app serve no purpose!

Unfriendly Apps.

I am your customer who are living abroad most of the time. Your apps is require Sim Card Authentication which created hassle when we are abroad without Malaysia SIM card on hand. Please improve your apps and study from other bank such as Maybank, CIMB and etc.

Fails at starting point

I can’t even get past the first stage to be verified. Password field is hidden when I try to enter my password. Secondly the phone verification fails consistently despite my exact number being used and saved with Alliance. The development team really needs to get the basic functional features working before launching.

New user

I am so confused while trying to register. In the end i have to return to the bank or call overseas supportline for assistance. Not very user friendly.

Can’t input data in field

I am unable to do fund transfer after the app update because it is impossible to enter any information in the field cell at all. Please rectify this immediately.

Still unable to setup

After numerous bug fixes version releases, I’m still unable to get past the Security Token creation and hence unable to setup the app. The text field to enter the mobile number is disabled/not able to enter any input. Please look into this. It’s disappointing.

Unable to login

I’m a PL and SA holder however I’m still unable to log in.

UI is hard to navigate

I’ve used several banking system and Alliance bank is the most cumbersome to navigate, both app and online wise

Please upgrade app

App is not smooth to use…Lagg…not friendly to use

Can’t transfer money

Better check system for IOS. I’m using this app on ip7+ before and have no problem with it. Now I’m using ip14 and that’s where the problem started. First I couldn’t transfer money to other bank, even after updated to the latest version of this app. Recently I couldn’t login in both allianceonline web and app. Please fix. Thank you..
