Can't do anything. Broken app.
I received my shower power pro today after over a 3 month wait. Can't sign up for an account. App presents an error message but does not specify what the issue is. Had to finish sign up on the website. App will not let me add my shower power pro, it finds the device but every time I proceed with pairing it says "something went wrong, try again later". I'm extremely unhappy at this as extra money was spent for a PRO version of the shower power, the main feature of the pro is the ability to view water usage in app. I expect to hear something very soon.
I can not connect to the app
Every time I go to add a device to the app the app just dies even when I go to sign in on the app it closes what gives if I could actually connect to the app I’ll change my review please fix this
When it worked still not good
App is hot trash 🗑️. Lost connection to the glasses and can’t add them back. App just crashes immediately. Speakers are 🗑️
App will not allow me to create an account.
For some weird reason when I attempt to sign up it says “Creating customer limit exceeded. Please try again later.” Please fix this!!!!
False advertising and poor tech implementation
The whole point of their products is the app, right? So what good is the product when the app functions similar a 4th grader in dev. Sign in? Crash. Connect to products? Crash. Live phone support? Crash. App is absolutely worthless.
Shower power pro - app to track my water usage!
Very easy to connect to. I love how sustainable the product is with it being powered by the actual water pressure and the app tracks my water usage. I was shocked to see how much water I was using!! I’m now more mindful and have reduced my actual time in the shower. I keep the speaker going while getting ready in the bathroom - listening to podcasts in the morning! It’s so much more than just a speaker for the shower. I see other reviewers saying they had issues connecting but I had no problem. Super easy! Just be sure to allow Bluetooth access when setting up. What a cool product!
Does not pair to Shower Power Pro
Kinda useless having a pro then, right?
Love my Dusk glasses!
One of the coolest products I’ve bought in a long time! Intuitive app is very easy to use!
So handy to use with Dusk!
I enjoy being able to set my tint level to exactly what I want it to be
