I can’t see the electricity rates for any of the chargers on the map. Only the number of available ports.

Having my payment fail twice even though it shows up in my credit card app, then having to go inside to pay really negates any convenience from using the app. Now I gotta make sure I only get charged once. Do better.

I don’t usually write reviews,especially a negative review ,but this one deserves a one star review. The below incident occurred at ampol ,grafton,nsw. The staff warren was the rudest person i have ever met ,i asked the guy to scan the qr code from the ampol app to avail the offer that i received,but he was so rude and said some lame excuse not to do it.He said the qr code looks different on the app and it doesn’t work at the store but the app says to scan it in the store.Why would you even register and give your valuable data to these companies when the offers doesn’t even work /the staffs aren’t competent enough to use the teller. Never returning to ampol.

This app is non functional, can no longer charge my EV at the Ampol chargers. There’s no option to click/tap “charge now” & pricing per kWh is not displayed in the app. The old AMPCHARGE app at least allowed you to see pricing and start a session. NO MORE CHARGING AT AMPOL FOR ME.

Is there a way to check the fuel price for each Ampol station? I can only see Ampol locations but no price. Maybe I just missed something.

Has made app slow and payments are not processing

Coming from the AmpCharge app this one is a huge downgrade, doesn’t display prices, not user friendly, zero stars if I could.

Used new app today to charge at Pheasants Nest. App would not show live status of charge details while using charger. Also lack of charging session details compared to AmpCharge app.

The app does not open when all details are registered. Could not charge my car. Will not go to ampol ev charging.

Logged me out AGAIN… What about Face ID or fingerprint recognition. All I want to do is buy YOUR petrol. Go elsewhere???
