I need the customer service to respond faster

I wait and wait days sometimes it be nicer to be able to hear back faster

It’s alright

You have to pay $40-$70 a year for quicker uploads and to access your revenue. The actual distribution is very good and I highly recommend it, but there’s a small pay gap that might deter new users.

Really good and 100% free the only bad part about it is that the file for your don’t have to be a WAV but that’s easy to fix other then that amazing

Unfair for all

Why should pro users get the music out quicker so basically that statement u wrote in your lates update is saying u prioritise paying customers over any other customer meaning u only care about money your words that feature should be readily available to all customers not just the paying one

Love this app just can’t reach customer support

I really like this app it’s quick it’s fast and very user friendly. Would recommend to everyone. The only trouble I have lately is to get a response from customer support team been waiting a while now they linked my release to wrong artist and nou he claims it and nobody gets back to me to fix it. Will keep updating this review and see how fast the costumer support is. Great app and everything it’s just customer support bit hard to reach.

Yall did me dirty
