It doesn’t work
My phone automatically turned my first language on Hungarian, and i wanted to learn Italian.So after that, i got Russian letters saying something,and then i started my course. I said that i was a beginner but not from scratch. And i watched a video that worked,but when I clicked on the words every time it showed up in different languages or just in Italian. After i tried the free grammar (i had another 2 options but you have to pay for it one of them is a grammar and the other is reading) I didn’t know any of the words, and the app didn’t teached me what it meant. I learned Italian in the past 2 years,and I never saw those words before.

У мен была годовая подписка, все было класс, правда была одна проблема- если я хотела почитать книгу в приложении или статью, то страницы обрывались. Одна страница могла быть полной, а вторая начиналась с середины какого-то предложения🤷🏽♀️ сейчас видимо подписка закончилась и весь мог прогресс пропал. У меня было открыто два языке, один с которых для меня основной. И вот основной у меня пропал! Что делать?
Не открывается задание
Не открываются задания для моего уровня из-за чего не могу продвинуться дальше, так как без всех пройденных заданий нельзя открыть следующий уровень. Я нажимаю на непройденные задания и ничего не происходит. Однажды я уже бросала это приложение из-за подобного бага. Сбросила прогресс, чтобы начать заново, купила премиум подписку (хорошо, что только на месяц) и опять этот баг, который делает невозможным мое обучение( версия приложения самая новая

Обман с оплатой Premium
Оплатила Premium сразу как загрузила приложение; 3 месяца стоили 999 руб. Проходит 10 дней и мне высвечивается в самом приложении, что никакого Premium у меня нет. Как оказалось приложение сразу деньги почему-то с моей карты не списало, когда я купила этот премиум, а решило это сделать спустя какое-то время (когда денег на карте уже не было), у них не получилось списать деньги, в приложении мне об этом они не уведомляли, и они решили, что Premium у меня не будет. Поддержка несет чушь и не помогает, говорит, чтобы я теперь его покупала за 2250 руб. В общем кругом обман! Удалила его, перейду на другое. Следующий ответ на сообщение владельцев: по поводу того, что ваша поддержка предложила мне скидку, где 3 месяца дешевле, ооооооочень смешно, умеете людей дурить. Мне зачем предлагаете скидку при покупке на год, если я изначально собиралась покупать 3 месяца и разумеется если брать на год, то будет дешевле. Мне зачем платить 1790 руб??? И по поводу вашего бесплатного периода, не нужно было тогда мне предлагать купить у вас премиум, если вы собираетесь списать деньги не пойми когда. Люди не обращают внимание на то, что у них 7 дней бесплатно, вы просто тыкаете своим премиум «КУПИ» и все.
И 5 баллов писать мне на почту об этой скидке, после того как я написала негативный вам отзыв, хотя до этого было просто «на отвали» от вас ответы
