it was the best app in the Internet, for studying English
I am really disappointed with the recent changes made by Leo. The design, exercises, and overall functionality have been altered, and in my opinion, the platform is no longer as effective as it used to be. The inability to watch videos and the introduction of this unnecessary “city” feature, which limits what users can do, has made the experience frustrating and unenjoyable for me. I don’t understand why these changes were implemented, but I believe they were a significant mistake. I remember when the platform offered extensive dictionaries for various fields such as qualifications, science, and literature. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. Instead of focusing on expanding vocabulary and knowledge, users are now forced to build virtual buildings, and the freedom to explore and learn advanced vocabulary seems to have disappeared. As someone with an advanced level of English who is eager to continue improving my vocabulary, I find it disappointing that this is no longer possible with the current version of the app. It now seems more suitable for beginners, offering only basic and primitive words. That being said, I do appreciate the variety of sentences available for users to learn by heart, which is indeed helpful for beginners. However, for advanced learners, including those at C1 level, the content feels overly simplistic and lacks the depth needed for meaningful progress. I hope you reconsider these changes and bring back features that cater to learners at all levels, especially those aiming for advanced proficiency. Sometimes the best thing to do is nothing at all. Please bring everything back to how it was before.
