This animation app single handedly saved my animated project! I was looking for an app that supported figures and rigging, however everywhere I looked was either much too expensive, or much too complicated. However when I discovered this gem of an app I was SO happy! It was everything I had ever needed in one app! And the amount of customisation for figures is quite good! Of course there are a few bits and bobs that could use a little improvement. For example while I was animating and left the app I re-entered the app to see that my camera had completely flipped to portrait when it was originally landscape and sadly, couldn't be reversed! Overall, LOVELY app! Would recommend to people who want to try rigging and animating figures!

I’ve made £300 so far making rap music videos with this app combined with LumaFusion . It’s hard to learn at first but once you get it it’s so easy . Qudos to the creator

It’s brilliant for 2d animation. I design the assets on seperate layers in affinity designer and add them one at a time into animation pro so they all line up perfectly. Then I animate each asset to create an incredibly smooth animation. The tweens are superb!!!

This is a SENSATIONAL app that delivers hours of fun and creates great product. And at this price-point it is DOUBLE SENSATIONAL. The developers should take a bow - anyone who thinks this isn’t worth the price of a couple of fancy coffees is just crackers. Really pleased with this purchase and enjoying creating daft stuff with my kids.

It’s the best app at the moment for animation but there are a few things that would improve it. bone rigging and Copy and paste multiple frames. Thanks

I think that the app is very good but I am someone who wants to animate characters but the only characters are aliens and space people where I wanted to make and design my own without drawing them Please can u give me your email so I can request refund

Animation pro is the best app i have ever had. Ive never done animating, and after only 1 month I’m already animating things for my violin videos and duets with other people (on recording for now). This app is so easy to use, and unlike other animating apps, it is like a move-the-parts one which is really useful. It is worth the money, if not more!! This deserves a 10/5 stars rating. It goes off the charts.

Great animation tool similar to adobe animate cc and a much nicer alternative (and cheaper). However it cannot import vector files. A project is only as good as its assets. Fix this and it will get 5 star

I found this app to be absolutely brilliant. It may not be perfect, but considering the price, this is an incredibly powerful and well designed piece of software for anybody who wants to get into animation. If you are a professional, this may not be the right app for you, but for an iPad app it is excellent. The feature that allows you to hand draw animation within the app isn’t great but I just use Procreate to design my characters anyway. That feature is just an added bonus. I feel a lot of people have unfair complaints about this app, especially as it was originally made as stick figure and cutout style animation. If you want to use the app mainly for traditional animation, then I would say look elsewhere as there are plenty of other apps for that. As for any iPad app, especially affordable ones, you will have some limitations but for what you get for this price is amazing. Anybody using it just needs to understand that this is not for a professional animator, but aspirating animators who are starting out or just want to do basic animation. You can still make something reasonably ‘professional’ depending on how creative you are with the app. You just need to be patient with it and learn how it works. There is a mini tutorial for almost every feature in this app, which just makes it even better.

Here are my thoughts for anyone wishing to purchase AnimationPro. Firstly I bought the program for its abilities of lip syncing. Then went on to learn the other areas. Learning takes time and like most things in life. More efforts more rewards, hence I would refer to program and not app. As to the depths of how far you can go with AnimationPro is quite astonishing. AnimationPro comes in 3 main areas. 1. You can draw characters 2. Assemble characters / rigs. 3. Time line where you animate. - export functions and import functions are well thought out. Oh I even throw in green screen in exporting so AnimationPro becomes very useful when used with other film editing apps. Rob
