There’s something waiting at the end of this book. Could it be…a monster?!? Loveable, furry old Grover is about to find out—and he’s bringing his equally loveable and furry friend Elmo with him!

In this sequel to the best-selling, chart-topping Monster at the End of This Book app, Grover invents silly, giggle-worthy ways to prevent young readers from getting closer to another monster hiding at the end of this story. But an ever-curious Elmo asks for your help to slip past Grover every time.

FEATURES
• Bursting with innovative activities woven right into the story.
• Funny animation featuring the voices of Grover AND Elmo
• Engaging activities that build vocabulary and spatial-relations skills
• Word highlighting for beginning readers
• Intuitive finger-tapping, so little ones can play independently
• Bookplate personalization to add your child’s name
• Parents’ tab to help you and your child get even more from the app experience
• Protective "baby-gates" to ensure a child-safe and child-friendly experience

TIPS
Remember, you can always turn down the volume so that you can bring your own voice to the story for your kids. Young readers will delight in the very funny story, and parents will know that their little monsters are reading, laughing, and learning with trusted, beloved Sesame Street characters.

Could have another story bundled with it but very good. Would like to see more like it.

Money well spent

Out of the many books I have downloaded for my four year old granddaughter this one and it's predecessor are by far her favourites and the entertainment value has made it the best investment of its kind so far. Small price to pay for the joy it has brought.

Not nearly as good at the original

Aukside on

Pretty dull, not nearly as fun or as funny as the original. There also seems to be a bug on my version, it seems to crash at the steel wall. Don't bother.

Another great kids book.

I'm not quite sure what the disappointed people were expecting from this when the title is "Another Monster at the end of this book" but from the title and the screenshots, it should be obvious that it's going to be a good helping of more the same but with Elmo along for the ride to keep Grover company. Grover and Elmo read the story and it's fantastic - just like the first, my kids love it...much older than 7 though and it might not lose its appeal for them. My kids are 4 and 6 and they can't get enough. Some of the kids books I've bought have too many interactions which basically work like a soundboard and set off funny sounds and whizzy animations but interrupt the story. With this book, there's fun stuff to do but not too much (in a good way - especially at bedtime) on a page and more importantly, it's relevant to the story which some of the other books just don't get. For kids under 6 or 7 it's highly recommended :-)

Not as good as the first

Westham man on

The plot is exactly the same as the first book. My kids didn't find this one nearly as funny... Good value for 69p though. I wouldn't pay more for it

No difference to 1st book

Hardinguk on

Disappointing. No real difference to first book, just has Elmo as well as Grover. Plot is the same as is the basis behind much of the dialogue. My girls were disappointed, as was I. Buy the first book, which the girls love, not this one.
