I 4 star only because I wish I can sort/filter my bookmarks Having to scroll through the saved bookmarks is inefficient, if you add a sorting menu at the top of bookmarked it will be make this great app even better

Anova, le four multifonctions
Mon micro-ondes a rendu l’âme. Je n’en ai plus maintenant car j’ai découvert que pour réchauffer des aliments le contrôle de la chaleur et surtout de l’humidité à l’intérieur du four est capitale pour un résultat optimum et goûteux. Naturellement le temps pour obtenir un résultat plus que satisfaisant est allongé mais pour moi cela en vaut la peine Avec la Covid, comme beaucoup de personnes, j’ai appris à faire et entretenir mon levain et je cuisine toujours mon pain. Le contrôle de l’humidité est essentiel pour bien réussir. Je commençais à m’intéresser à la cuisson sous vide. Le four Anova offre cette option et propose des instructions pour y arriver en moins de temps. Depuis que je possède ce four je ne me sers de mon four régulier que comme deuxième four lorsque j’ai besoin de plus d’un four.
Recipes
Adding ACTUAL ANOVA PROFESSIONAL CHEF RECIPES that are added to the app vs user generated recipes would make this a polished and professional purchase. Companies such as Chef Steps have chef generated recipes — not sure why Anova doesn’t add this as a part of their brand.
Just an old Guy
This thing is incredibly easy to use. This coming from a non cook construction worker. Even I can now make a restaurant quality meal.
The oven itself is 4 star cuz it leaks steam
But the app itself have very limited selection. So 3 star :(

It’s less than a year old and it will randomly turn off in the middle of a bake.
