Great application works well and accurate, reliable. I like its simplicity and search accuracy. I would like to see items updated regularly by suppliers. More options for survey regarding product quality. More rewards for orders and points.

Really, really poor service. Would not recommend. Cancelled our order two hours after placement. Left us totally in the lurch and then tried to blame the issue on us. They eventually admitted after 3 follow up calls it was a fault on their end. Much better, more reliable apps out there. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Excellent app that I can’t live without. I use it every day and find the customer service excellent. The best thing is that you don’t have to wait until the next day for delivery. The only suggestion for improvement is to show comparison prices when searching.
Literally the worst delivery service I’ve ever used. Orders were over an hour late and no response from the customer service when you log an issue such as late order. Deleting and never using again
I’m yet to place an order where they actually deliver on time. I’m not talking 10 mins late I mean over 1-2 hours late. No follow up and no one answers.
I live 1 minute away from souq planet and I ordered at 12:40 exact it is now 2:18 and my order has not arrived. I will not recommend this to anyone. Every time I order at least 2 things are out of stock and I have to replace it. I'm very disappointed. Until you , fix this issue I will not be using this app. I would of rated 0/5 if I could .
Slow deliveries and half the items not available. Poor customer service when things go wrong.

This app is great if you live in a popular area of a lot of expats but as soon as you move to a area with less expect a high minimum amount $$ to have anything delivered and delivery takes over 60 min along with half the products you want not being available thus bringing down the minimum amount which just means you have to cancel the order anyway
