Best app for grocery shopping in MENA

Constant cancellations and substitutions

Half the items they advertise are not available from multiple outlets

A delivery company that cannot delivery.

I ordered some groceries and a couple of meals on a Friday night. An hour later the app said some items were missing, I swapped out. Another hour past, I couldn’t find a contact number so I had to email them. They got back to me 30mins later saying he’s coming in 15mins, he came an hour later. My ice creams melted and the food was cold. The driver said his tires had a problem, believable if another driver 2 weeks later didn’t use the same excuse. The company offered a refund but that’s not the point, after a hard days work you expect the food you paid for to come on time, Instashop even advertises its delivery time, more often then not however they have items missing, come an hour late and have a terrible customer service. Avoid, especially if you have kids or entertain guests this is a very unreliable company!

Great delivery guy, very polite!

Good app but terrible stock accuracy.

Every order I make I dread the inevitable “replacement” product pop up that seems to happen with every order. Sometimes the item is critical to the order. Instashop - please improve this stock accuracy with your partners. Also, please set push notifications for replacements and order updates as time sensitive but not other promotional messages.

The app is very buggy and doesn’t load on iphone. Useless. I used to rely on it but it’s a waste of time now.
