Paket selalu dibawa ke gudang dan baru discan. Sudah beberapa kali paket ilang di tengah jalan dan tidak ada tanggung jawab. Seharusnya, anteraja mewajibkan semua kurir scan di tempat sebelum bawa paket ke gudang. Jadi, kalo jikang di tengah jalan saat pick up, pengirim dapat kompensasi. Sebaiknya, semua seller menonaktifkan anteraja. Si Cepat dan ShopeeXpress jauh lebih baik dan selalu scan di tempat. Anteraja makin bangkrut kalah saing karena performa buruk.

Bisa gak? Gak usah nyepam notif 5x sehari? Lu kira kita babu marketingmu?? Kita pengguna jasamu, bukan babu marketingmu yg di push notif terus!!!!
The app’s user interface is nice. But, one thing that needs improvement: package tracking notification that does not work. When tracking using AWB given by seller, when the turn on notification was activated, no notification about the shipment status.
Took an abysmal 9 hours for package to get delivered with no response or guarantee from customer service. Package is sent from one hub to another making what is otherwise a 3-4 hour job (from competing companies offering the same services) a whole day chore. App is useless other than tracking. Cheap fare, bad service.
DON’T ever ever use their NextDay service. Other REGULAR courier service can even deliver faster lol worst courier service I’ve ever had in my life. Had the same problem twice, shipment was so late that they did not even bother to improve the second time. Both sellers complain the same thing- their order did not get pick up on time. What’s worst is that the Customer Service didn’t even bother to apologize as well. Didn’t they get trainer basic CS etiquette? I have never written any review before, I had to so others won’t experience this HUGE dissapoinment. Please improve otherwise do not offer ‘NextDay’
