Avevo messo nel carrello delle sedie bellissime, poi, solo alla fine nel check out mi dicono che non le consegnano in Italia… e non ci sono modalità alternative! Che tristezza

This is an incredible app, easy to use and it’s really easy to find everything you want. BUT the translation is horrendous: basically everything is translated literally by google translate. It’s so depressing to see such a little effort to be open to the Italian market. If you need any help with the translation, please call me ☺️ (joking aside, please fix this! It’s the only thing that prevents me to give 5 stars)

Please please please, work on your translations! The Italian translations of product descriptions are actually very funny, but one has to imagine what the products are. A “throw blanket” called Vanessa becomes Vanessa who throws a blanket and all throws have super funny translations (eg “il lancio di lana leggendario”, or “la coperta da tiro”) ; “side plates” (as in things you put on the table) become sort of slabs to be put to the side. And House of Hackney is translated into “casa di Hackney” which I’m pretty sure HoH is thrilled about. I love your products but the app really is a no no

The new update limits how much you can see on your wishlist. Wishlists are able to contain 200 products but you can only see 20 products in the app even if your list is longer than that. To view your full wishlist you have to login to the site. This makes the app less useful and I don’t enjoy it as much.

Whatever update was done to the app is not working properly. When viewing your wish lists you are only allowed to see the first page and not the entire list. There is no option visible to go to the next page. As of this morning when you click on an item to see if another size is available, it does not display any sizes even though the item appears available. Please fix these bugs as the app is now limited in function.

We went to the AlaMoana Shopping Center inI Honolulu as per the website the same day. It is CLOSED. We were directed to Waikiki … several miles away. Please UPDATE your website so others aren’t inconvenienced. Mahalo!!!

Cutest dresses on the planet!

Previously used app with no issues. Downloaded it again this and when it loads it just repeatedly goes into the human verification mode loop and will not load the actual app. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling but this did not fix the issue.

I love it

Overall, I like the app, but the shopping cart screen crashes. I often have to close the app and reopen it to see what’s in my cart.
