After updating, the basket says I have items in it, but when I click on the basket, it’s empty. So, the items I have placed in there don’t exist.

It was not possible for me to enter my Anthro Perks member number when I did an online order. I had to contact customer service & they had to do it for me. When I tried it said, “show this QR code to the cashier.” They need to fix this flaw.

Since they switched to using verification codes over passwords this app is absolutely the worst. The codes never work and then it says you’ve had too many attempts after about two attempts. It won’t even give you the option of using your password anymore. So worthless.

The app allows me to put items in the cart but when I try ti access the cart to check out, the cart shows as unavailable.

There are so many cute items that I wanted to purchase I put them in my cart and every time I click on the cart it is empty because it won’t load something is wrong with the app. I missed out on a couple really good purchases that I wanted for Christmas kind of annoyed.!

Keeps requesting me to log-in when I’m trying to checkout (was already logged in) and then is saying the code I was texted is not correct. Too buggy.

It said if I downloaded the app I would receive a first time app purchase discount. I didn’t ! There was no promo code for it - 2 chats later .. I gave up! 🤣🎄
