This app helped me so much
I have been suffering severe anxiety and panic attacks and the meditations, information and activities really help me. I still have a long way to go but I definitely get relief from this app. I do recommend 🙌🏽
This app is so great - supports me no matter
This is a great way to get what your actual positive views and things you value are. Correcting things that worry you noticing your own self degrading patterns. Its a great easy way to move forward with your anxiety.
This app has become my new best friend! I’ve been using it as a complement to seeing a psych to manage anxiety and I’ve really benefited from the guided practices especially. The course offers great structure and an overview of management strategies and then you can pick and choose the practices that help you best. I’ll continue to use this app for months and months ahead!
Best app ever. This is an amazing tool to have and it keeps you accountable to actually journal your day to day events and the courses are fabulous and love the step by step courses that guides you to start knowing your anxiety. I recommend this app to all who suffer from anxiety and want to learn how to manage their anxiety.
