Glitchy..

Guys I have a subscription that expires in August but I can’t listen to any books coz the app wants me to either start a new trial or pay for another subscription. I have sent a support email but I am not getting any response. Please help me to sort this out.

Great app and great books, listen while you are busy with driving or exercising…. The best

Frustrating

Every time I open the app my book starts in a different random spot, it doesn’t keep my place. If you can’t bookmark your spot (audible does this automatically) then it becomes very frustrating.

Glitchy..

The book I’m listening to has suddenly stopped playing even though I’ve downloaded it.

Downloads not saving

Really frustrating when you have downloaded a selection of audio books and finding them gone when you go back to the folder the next day!

Jumping chapters

Good day, kindly advise why I cannot jump chapters, I’m currently listening to the Covenant of Water and it keeps going back to chapter one whenever I stop and come back to the book. It’s a long book and it’s getting annoying not being able to jump to whatever chapter that I am currently on.

Can we search for narrators?

Would you consider letting us search for narrators like we search for authors and books? Sometimes I just want to hear the same voice and not necessarily the book content. Just a suggestion.

This is one of my top apps of all time. It’s not perfect, but it’s affordable and has a great variety of books. Keep up the good work!🥰

Worst app ever

Most of the books are nog available🤮🤮🤮

Finding the app very buggy

This app has so much potential, but it’s just riddled with bugs :( One infuriating bug is that my audiobooks often default back to the very start when I come back to them after having paused or minimized the app. There also doesn’t seem to be a contact centre to assist with complaints/problems.
