Loved this until I didn’t….HELP, PLEASE !

I Loved this app until I didn’t! I posted a message on May 9th. Stating the app stopped working on my IPad. As of yet no one has gotten back to me. I’ve rebooted my iPad, that didn’t work. I cannot even login to cancel my subscription which I really don’t want to do. Customer service where are you!!!!!

Love the selection but..

I give it minus two stars because it keeps stopping mid story/chapter. With my wifi working and everything. And it starts my book over. Other than that. Great selection of books. Will keep. So hopefully it starts working properly.

No ability to bookmark?

The selection is good and the controls are easy to use, but there’s no bookmark option for audiobooks???

Awesome selection

My taste is based on my many moods. Thrillers Romance Horror fantasy Sci-fi to the classics Anyplay’s selection keeps up. With new releases daily.

Needs some updates/fixes

This app has a ton of great selections, which is wonderful! HOWEVER, when I reopen the app, my last spot listened to and reading speed aren’t saved. It starts back at chapter 1 and reading speed 1. I’m also not able to use the table of contents to skip ahead; I have to manually swipe through each finished chapter. It’s beyond aggravating! Please fix!

Used to be great but going downhill

I loved Anyplay in the beginning and have had a yearly subscription for a few years. I recommended it to so many people but had to stop because it appears that they are no longer updating the app and there are so many issues when listening to books. It also seems the devs are not interested in customers feedback or improving the app. Even their social media pages are not being updated. There are so many issues and requests for improvement that just go unanswered.

Disappointed

Listening speed needs to go up to 2x and higher 1.75 is too slow for some people. Then every time the app is closed and you reopen it the book you were listening to goes back to the beginning and then you have to find the spot where you left off. The other issue is that the app will close when you are trying to search for books that are available.

Missing Chapters

I have a love/strong dislike for this app. I have listened to multiple audiobooks through Anyplay and two things annoy me about this app, the slow speeds and missing chapters. I’ve sent in feedback before but I guess it’s not important enough.

Used to love, but having chronic issues

I have been using this app for a few years now and it was exactly what I wanted. A subscription service for audiobooks. I don’t want to buy the book, I just want to rent it and then move on! AnyPlay was great for that and it has a pretty good selection of books. But for the past 6 months or so, I have had CONTINUAL issues with my audiobook glitching. My books will start over just from the beginning after closing out the app and I can’t skip ahead from the table of contents bc it just starts back at chapter one over and over again. I’ve tried deleting the app and re-downloading it. I’ve tried contacting customer service and while they will get back to me, the issues just continue to occur EVERY TIME. Now it’s been freezing on me. I’ve unfortunately had to unsubscribed because I’m not going to pay for a service that I can’t use. Hopefully these glitches will be resolved.

It would be nice if audiobooks didn’t restart

Nice that there isn’t a limit to how many audiobooks you can download. But, audiobooks rarely pickup from where I left off and start all over from the beginning. I also don’t like the interface to look for audiobooks. It’s easier to just search by author which is tedious and means I’m probably missing a bunch of audiobooks I’d enjoy because I haven’t thought to look for them.
