Daten erfasst und auf weiter geklickt… keine Unterschrift möglich, da die App permanent nachlädt und das Feld sich wie ein Dauerschleife nach links bewegt. Scheint eine Totschleife zu sein…
Super buggy
Ich konnte meine Unterschrift nicht setzen beim einchecken. Das Fenster hat sich immer wieder neu geladen.
NICHTS funktioniert hier!
Zum Check in werden 3 Wege angeboten, von denen KEINER für mich funktioniert! Was für ein Müll diese Software!

I can not book with the new app version, it shows a mistake

Hab die App fürs Online Check In runtergeladen. Ab dem Punkt „Unterschrift“ hängt sie sich jedes Mal auf und es ist unmöglich einzuchecken. Frustrierend.

Wenn die App die korrekt eingegebenen Daten nicht verarbeiten kann und ständig Fehlermeldungen ausgibt, kann ich als User keine 5 Sterne vergeben - sorry.
Checkin über App hat nicht funktioniert
Die Buchung lief problemlos, allerdings scheiterte der Checkin über die App an der Unterschrift, die nicht einzugeben war. Somit als doch in die Schlange an der Rezeption…
Private Relay nicht als valide erkannt, Rechenfehler nach Performanceproblemen
Habe die App installiert, um aus einem verspäteten Zug den Check-In zu erledigen. Funktionierte zunächst ganz gut, aber dann kam die Zahlung: Hier wurde der Zimmerpreis erst mit 1x dargrstellt, in der Summe dann aber erst der doppelte Betrag (und etwas später der vierfache). Vermutlich hängt das mit dem sehr, sehr trägen Options-Screen (Frühstück usw.) zusammen. Vor lauter Verzweilfung hätte ich das fast gemacht, aber auch das geht nicht: Ohne meine Adresse, die ich nicht speichern kann, da die Regular Expression wohl die Private-Relay-E-Mail-Adresse nicht akzeptiert, geht auch das nicht. Im Web steht der gleiche Preis aus Absurdistan, also ist es nicht zwingend oder nicht nur die App, die nicht ganz so gut ist. Bitte nachbessern.
Zahlung funktioniert nicht
An sich eine tolle App, aber seit einigen Monaten funktioniert bei mir die Zahlung nicht mehr, weshalb ich immer auf die Website ausweichen muss. Das ist sehr ärgerlich, hoffe, dass es bald gefixt wird
