Well worth for the money
Einchecken online/App geht nicht
Im Support wurde uns dann mitgeteilt dass man an der Rezeption einchecken soll.
Gut aber Problem bei Buchung hinzufügen
Ich bin sonst sehr zufrieden mit der App, aber ich kann leider meine bestehenden Buchungen aus Booking.com nicht hinzufügen, jedes Mal, wenn ich die Buchungsnummer hinzufügen will, kommt, dass ich es in 15 Minuten nochmal probieren soll. Könnt ihr das eventuell beheben? Liebe Grüße
Kein Check-In möglich!
Ich frage mich, welche Bugfixes vor 2 Tagen vorgenommen worden sind? Der Check-In ist nicht möglich und es bleibt dauerhaft bei der „Unterschrift“ hängen. Weder zurück noch Abbruch möglich - außer App hart beenden.
Immer wieder gerne
Wir haben bereits in 10 verschiedenen a@o übernachtet und kehren immer wieder gerne zurück. Bewährtes Konzept ( wir wissen immer was uns erwartet- von Check in , Zimmer, Frühstück usw). Natürlich ist es einfach gehalten aber das reicht uns vollkommen. Großer Plus ist entweder die zentrale Lage oder gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Nachteil ist meistens die Lautstärke und oftmals ungeregelte Parksituation - aber damit können wir uns arrangieren. A@O ist für uns meistens die erste Wahl bei Städtereisen

Aber zur Zeit kann man die in der App erworbenen Nahverkehrstickets nicht öffnen. Bitte beheben.
Check in nicht möglich
Per Mail wurde online check in angeboten: App downloaden, Buchungsnummer eingeben, Nachname eingeben, alles super detailliert beschrieben, ABER: in der app ist die Buchung angeblich noch nicht freigeschalten. Man wird immer vertröstet, dass man später nochmal reinschauen soll… mega nervig!
Bug in check-in form
When I try to add my birthdate during check-in the app always throws the error “first guest must be of legal age” even tho I was born in the 90s 🥲
Not able to add discount code
There is no discount for regular using person and not having place to add the code in payment option
