Apex Athlete Series

The app is really poor it pairing doesn’t work and it doesn’t pick up on the GPs tracker at all I have got mine recently and it’s taking so long for me to set up and I remember having this issue before I lost my other tracker it’s just not pairing at all and I have tried everything.

I just revived my package today and I was excited to get it working. I got the app on my phone and created an account. But when I created my acc it told me to love on I need a verification email so I put in my email and they never sent me a verification so now I can’t even use the app and I wasted my money. This is money that I don’t even have. What should I do.

Still haven’t got my verification email waiting 20 mins

App can be buggy and slow to download sessions but decent when it’s working correctly

I can’t even get into the app because it won’t send me an email to verify my account over 200 euro wasted

Easy to use and great for recording and analysing performance

Sometimes it’s just decides to not find the apex pod and no matter how many times you try it says no apex found. Good product when it does what it supposed to do but unfortunately that doesn’t happen often.

Very poor app,great product very disappointing that the app is dreadful I really think the money people are paying we should be able to have a decent app

Every time I try to sync to device the app crashes.
