Can I return my trashy device?

got this in november and it wont let me connect,use it or start a session

This app has helped me push and improve my self so much, getting to see an average academy players stats and comparing them to mine has help me form what and what not to do, I realy recommend this item and app.

I really like the tracker it has helped me improve by motivating myself to do better each day

I jump off the application every time I press the sync session!!

I recently bought this and i regret it i open the app i create an account and it says that it sent me a verification code. I dont see it so i click resend and still nothing pops up i want my momey back or i need the workers to fix this.

The tracker is really helpful and informative it helps me improve my metrics and gives me motivation to do better when my metrics are not where i would like them to be. For example when my speed drops or i didn’t run for a lot of miles that gives me more motivation to improve it next session but one thing I would add is it would be better if there’s a calendar where we can be able to add our schedules for all our sessions and games that would be really helpful and would improve the app overall.

Synching/ linking up with the device takes too long and you can’t track sprint speeds for each individual sprints. Only can get top speed vs seeing how you varied sprint to sprint
