安全移動管理系統主要包含4大模塊:巡檢,通報,點檢及查詢.
1.巡查模塊包含: 崗位稽核,隱患稽核及防盜測試,安全人員稽核時如發現異常時,可及時用手機APP上傳通報,確保各方可第一時間知曉,并及時處理.
2.通報模塊包含: 物料查獲,門禁違規,員工異常,水電氣異常及重大事件,安全執勤人員在發現物料,門禁,員工,水電氣異常及重大事件時,及時通報處理.
3.點檢模塊: 設備點檢及異常保修,設備維護人員每日可對設備情況點檢上傳,針對有異常情況可及時通知維護人員到現場處理.
4.查詢模塊: 安全執勤人員可在此查詢已上傳數據,并可查詢各崗位及骨幹聯繫方式,方便快速聯繫相關人員.
整體功能方便及時上傳通報異常信息,且異常報表自動匯總,上通下達時效性得到大幅度提升.
