Camera although alarm is deactivated follows moving person Additionally when alarm is on and is following someone moving in the area is it possible to return to favorite stand by position Thank you

The app does not work!!

The set up was rather easy, however I tried to connect to another device and got logged off from the initial I used. Is this normal? Can you only access the cameras from 1 device?

I can’t connect to my camera Every time shows up a “connection failed” message even though the camera and my phone are connected to internet. Fix it .

After the last update the signal gets lost more and more frequently. This didn’t happened again.

The app and camera works fine. Easy set up Concerns: -The data the app collects. Not happy that it collect information from which sites I visit etc. It is out of the scope of the camera function. I will be changing the camera for that reason alone, as I feel being spied upon by the think I bough to feel safer.

After the last update of both the app and the mobile software the cameras I have installed are constantly disconnected from the internet or the app doesn't work with the mobile causing me to get disconnected
