Hola mi cámara dejo de funcionar,me pidió actualizar y lo hice de un monto al otro salía un mensaje en chino y dejo de funcionar e incluso ya no puedo resetea ,ayuda por favor mi cámara ya no sale en mi app y no se resetea tampoco… por favor urgente

No puedo visualizar la cámara que tengo en la PC. Su apoyo por favor, gracias.
No deja enlazar celular ni correo
Acabo de instalar el app y no me deja enlazar el celular (perú) sale error de conexión y al querer enlazar el correo sale contraseña incorrecta aunque le estoy poniendo la correcta. No encuentro solución.
Vista más de 4 dispositivos a la vez
Sería bueno poder tener más de 4 cámaras en línea y poderlas ver por la app A la vez

Sería bueno que le pongan alarma de llamada a tu celular cuando la cámara detecte algún movimiento sospechoso o sonido
Falla demasiado
Con la actualización . La camara deja de grabar y salen letras en chino!!!! Sucede muy seguido es un problema alguien sabe como corregir eso!!!!!
Cambio de Clave de las Cams
Le falta la opcion de cambiar las contraseñas a las cams

Buenas al actualizar la aplicación donde actualizo el firmware para ver los cambio de la aplicacion
