1）按揭计算机
输入按揭金额、年期和利率后，即可计算每月供款、利息支出、各种印花税价值等。一按及二按计划均可适用。
2）转按计算机
输入现有按揭和欲想申请的新按揭计划后，即可计算可套现金额、每月减少的支出等，并附有提早还款功能。
3）负担能力计算机
输入首期和想借的按揭成数后，即可计算可负担的楼价、入息要求、能否通过压力测试等。
4) 申请按揭
配合崭新开发的API技术，可即时将客户资料直接传送至银行的申请系统，方便快捷。
5) 物业估价
由中银香港提供物业估价服务，只要输入物业地址，就能获得心仪单位的最新估值。
6) 申请私人贷款
全新私人贷款功能，可以比较多款精选低息私人贷款计划，并可进行即时申请。我们推介之贷款计划贷款额高达$300万及备有6个月至10年的灵活还款期，实际年利率为2.99%至8%。
经络按揭并没有提供任何按揭或私人贷款的贷款服务。经络按揭只提供免费中介服务，负责将有关合作银行或财务机构的按揭或私人贷款计划资讯介绍给客户。而本应用程式内所列出的按揭或私人贷款计划的息率及优惠，均由有关贷款机构提供作参考之用，并受有关条款及细则约束。个别贷款机构或会收取相关之财务或手续费用。贷款机构得有权随时调整有关贷款计划，一概以贷款机构最终批核作准。
