經絡按揭App同時附設三款按揭計算機，即時幫你計算按揭支出、可負擔樓價、轉按時可套現金額等。
1）按揭計算機
輸入按揭金額、年期和利率後，即可計算每月供款、利息支出、各種印花稅價值等。一按及二按計劃均可適用。
2）轉按計算機
輸入現有按揭和欲想申請的新按揭計劃後，即可計算可套現金額、每月減少的支出等，並附有提早還款功能。
3）負擔能力計算機
輸入首期和想借的按揭成數後，即可計算可負擔的樓價、入息要求、能否通過壓力測試等。
4) 申請按揭
配合嶄新開發的API技術，可即時將客戶資料直接傳送至銀行的申請系統，方便快捷。
5) 物業估價
由中銀香港提供物業估價服務，只要輸入物業地址，就能獲得心儀單位的最新估值。
6) 申請私人貸款
全新私人貸款功能，可以比較多款精選低息私人貸款計劃，並可進行即時申請。我們推介之貸款計劃貸款額高達$300萬及備有6個月至10年的靈活還款期，實際年利率為2.99%至8%。
經絡按揭並沒有提供任何按揭或私人貸款的貸款服務。經絡按揭只提供免費中介服務，負責將有關合作銀行或財務機構的按揭或私人貸款計劃資訊介紹給客戶。而本應用程式內所列出的按揭或私人貸款計劃的息率及優惠，均由有關貸款機構提供作參考之用，並受有關條款及細則約束。個別貸款機構或會收取相關之財務或手續費用。貸款機構得有權隨時調整有關貸款計劃，一概以貸款機構最終批核作準。
