Description
靈棋占法源於漢代，為張良、東方朔，乃至劉伯溫的掌中利器，以手中十二枚棋子，便可決千里之事。後世以其法神妙，將其收於《正統道藏》。
但靈棋又並非專屬於高人隱士，至於今日，現代人也可將此作為自己的決策輔助工具。
因為將靈棋占法實現數字化之後，已非常容易上手，甚至無須占卜基礎。首先起課方式簡單便捷，卦象卦辭直白易懂，心誠必應，自占決疑，不必求於他人，自己便能對事情的吉凶瞭然，從而擇善而行。
另外，若是對《周易》有所嚮往的朋友，也大可由靈棋入手，因《易》本卜筮之書，立三才以通八卦，而靈棋所立象辭，皆本於《易》。因此，自觀玩《靈棋經》之象辭，由簡入繁，自下升高，無異於《易》學入門之極好階梯。但凡因事而占，因占而斷，比之誦讀經文，當更有一番天地。
最後，須說明使用搖動方式起課，並非只是為了模擬搖動棋子的起課過程，還有著更為深層次的考量。簡言之，即避免使用計算機的「偽隨機數」系統，而使用與物理世界相關聯的加速器來取數，以生成更為靈動準確的占驗效果。所謂「心誠必應」，即指此而言。
