故事背景設於一座即將面臨拆卸重建的住宅大廈，因還有少數住客還沒有搬離住所，主角的主要任務便是收回剩餘居民的"搬遷同意書"，然而，卻在這過程中發現了大廈裡處處詭異，每個住客似乎都有著各種怪誕的行為。同時，大廈裡更流傳住著各種恐怖的鬼魂，讓李誠在探索的過程中充滿了恐懼與挑戰。
遊戲的第一單元將聚焦於一名住在一樓的鎖匠，玩家將需要竭盡所能，讓這位鎖匠搬離大廈，解開其中的謎團。遊戲中的每個選擇都將影響故事的發展，導致多種不同的結局，讓玩家享受更豐富的遊戲體驗。究竟住客們是生是死，主角李誠又能否識破真相渡過難關全憑玩家作主。
