黑白卡使用方法：
1. 手持卡片距離寶寶 30cm 左右。
2. 緩慢移動引起寶寶追視。
3. 在寶寶看清卡片後切換下一張。
黑白卡訓練時間：
1. 每次使用 5 張至 10 張卡片。
2. 每天訓練不多於 5 次，且不超過 15 分鐘。
黑白卡注意事項：
1. 要在寶寶身體和精神狀態都好時使用。
2. 一旦寶寶狀態不好時需要立即停止。
