设备维修人员可以方便地通过App进行接单、派单、退单等操作，在维修结束之后可以使用App的结单功能直接填写详细的维修说明。同时，不论是维修人员或管理人员都可以通过App实时对工单状态进行查看，追踪工单动向。
另外，App提供了便捷的设备录入和设备巡检功能，操作人员可以通过App扫描二维码，录入设备或完成对设备对巡检。
