「國圖到你家」擘劃的藍圖是以全民為對象，打開家中數位電視即能進入虛擬圖書館，使用圖書館提供的各項圖書資料及服務，並能觀看圖書館結合AR、VR及3D技術所設計的圖書、展覽，或進入虛擬講堂參加各類活動及課程。為達到「國圖到你家」所擘劃的藍圖，未來圖書館將是一個迎合科技發展、應用創新技術，結合圖書館服務及內容的加值，提供科技化、人性化之智能圖書館服務。
