「國圖到你家」擘劃的藍圖是以全民為對象，打開家中數位電視即能進入虛擬圖書館，使用圖書館提供的各項圖書資料及服務，並能觀看圖書館結合AR、VR及3D技術所設計的圖書、展覽，或進入虛擬講堂參加各類活動及課程。為達到「國圖到你家」所擘劃的藍圖，未來圖書館將是一個迎合科技發展、應用創新技術，結合圖書館服務及內容的加值，提供科技化、人性化之智能圖書館服務。
「國圖到你家數位頻道」以符應數位匯流趨勢、應用Cloud-IPTV、OTT等技術和服務發展智慧化服務，期以智慧科技回應人類對美好生活的需求。
建構智慧圖書館數位Channel，完成OTT TV平臺之模式開發，讓圖書館服務得以在智慧電視上運行。
