我下订单付款已2个多月，平台一直未发货，也不容许退订单，给相关客服 去电5次 一直未解决，如再不反馈或者发货，我将向国家相关职能部门投诉

现在寺库就是骗子平台，上面的货基本都没有，等你买了又不发货又不退钱，让你只能换货，客户电话永远都是帮你催厂家，你多说两句就挂你电话，大家不信就到网上去搜吧，全是被骗又不退钱的评价
寺库纯属骗子公司
一年前的6买了的寺库的东西，然后一年不发货，退款不退，硬要换货！去法院起诉，发律师函都没有用，客服打电话来说，他们本来就是老赖，他自己承认自己是老赖，然后说你只有换货，这一条路就算法院判了，我们也没有执行人，所以大家绝对不要再寺库买任何东西
迟迟不退款
订单取消一年多，迟迟不退款。打12315也不管用。APP还能正常下载。笑话。
骗子
两年了系统改造还没好
买了东西很久都不发货，申请退款几个月了也没有退款成功
别在上面买东西，坑人的
