一年前的6买了的寺库的东西,然后一年不发货,退款不退,硬要换货!去法院起诉,发律师函都没有用,客服打电话来说,他们本来就是老赖,他自己承认自己是老赖,然后说你只有换货,这一条路就算法院判了,我们也没有执行人,所以大家绝对不要再寺库买任何东西
