Have been blocked using my gold card benefits as you blocked them unless using the app but blocked your China app from non-China Applestore.
Happy to have a solution at long last but I loathe being treated this way as an old and faithful customer...
English option missing!
I want an English option for the interface and the offers.
太好了
太喜欢啊👍🏻非常好~
牛B,我爱新的设计!
很方便的!
Easy to use no need to carry the card anymore
Great
Must have App
If your blood type is " Coffee" then get this app and keep going to Starbucks where people are dedicated to make great coffee. One more coffee of coffee for the road, one more coffee before I go, to the valley below.....
Starbucks lover must-have app
You love starbucks? You have one near your office where you often buy your daily dose of caffeine? This app is for you
Poor User Experience
The app looks nice and is exempt of bugs but:
English language disappeared. Starbucks is a place where one in China can expect to see Foreigners (a.k.a English speakers).
The two QR codes to scan takes too much time, it is faster to directly give reward and gift cards.
Apps are supposed to be faster and more convenient. Starbucks, you failed hard on this one.
Can't add value on gift card with Apple Pay, WeChat or Alipay.
Total denial of users (=clients) and reality of Chinese market.
Parfait
Starbucks Francais ?
