The app itself is ok, the menu is clear and ordering simply enough, although would be nice to have an option to order and pay in store. One issue, the app constantly logs out, it’s annoying and a waste of time, this needs fixing!
Crap
I don’t understand why you can’t top up every purchase like Costa. You have to upload money to get rewarded just seems like a lot of hassle

Reward system is quite addictive, level bonuses pleasing, and no bugs were spotted so far - works like a clock!

Backwards step for iPad users
Has anyone at Starbucks tried using this app on an iPad? The latest version is now almost unusable as it has inaccessible content on the right side. I can no longer see my purchase history as I assume the option is hidden off the edge of my screen.
Great app but needs a link with wechat
Great app for tracking points, would be good if the app allowed you to pay via wechat rather than switching between the two applications. So far very happy though 😁😁
Needs translation option
The app is good but needs an option to translate between Chinese and English at a click. It is hard for people with limited Chinese to read the offers and for staff who have to explain to us idiots lol. Also it would be nice to link the app to WeChat so we don’t have to switch between the two platforms
