習慣的構成很簡單，它分別由暗示，慣常行為，獎賞，三者構成，這也被稱為習慣的迴路。
番茄習慣按照這個迴路設計：

設立習慣，暗示自己每天某個時間需要做某件事打卡。
-- 慣常行為 --
堅持打卡，每天慣常輕輕一點完成習慣打卡，打卡完成獲得金幣，忘記打卡則懲罰金幣。
-- 獎賞 --
1、許下金幣心願 -- 通過每日打卡獲取的金幣兌換心願。
2、按習慣獎勵 -- 設立需要堅持的目標和完成後的獎勵，連續打卡達標後獎勵自己
