Inconvenience when you are overseas
I tried to use the app and link my details with my phone tonight; however, the app does not recognize the courier that I use in AU. This is very inconvenient.

Thanks for Face ID
Being able to save the log in details by logging in with Face ID makes the app much more convenient! While the app is mostly a website wrapped by the app, it does give you most of the info you might want access to, including the vaccination history summary and the details of appointments.

口罩預購按鈕很不直覺
口罩預購的按鈕很不直覺，無法一進入就看見，對於老人家來說使用上很吃力，繳費還要另外到網站繳費也不是很方便，希望未來能儘快改善，謝謝！

更新之後保費繳納選擇行動支付➡️街口支付 會出現條碼錯誤無法讀取訊息，麻煩維修一下這個部分，謝謝😊

你們這個系統本身就存在很大的問題，他沒辦法自動地去調整上傳的照片或軟體，所以若要使用到虛擬健保卡的部分，可能還需要更大的改進，不然使用虛擬健保卡的人A會變成B
