Can’t register as foreigner
App has no English, but even if you can read Chinese the app tells me I can’t register using my local Taiwan phone number because it is tagged as a temporary foreigner number even though I have an APRC.

最新一次要開啟健保櫃檯付款，卻一直停在「讀取中」，等了幾個小時都進不去，更新之後問題照舊，爛透了，請趕快解決問題⋯⋯

更新後無法登入健保櫃檯，會一直顯示「讀取中」，等了5分鐘都還在讀取，希望可以盡快改善！！！！
