App真的很難用沒必要下載
一個這麼大間網路書店公司，設計app的時候連本「電子書」都不能買，瀏覽半天的書放了一堆在購物車結帳時才顯示不能從app買，還要我再次登入網頁版重新購買，這樣就算了連購物車裡的書也都沒有紀錄，全部都要一本一本重新找！這操作真的很人性化！

沒用貨物追蹤
貨物追蹤一點用都沒有，只會有一開始購買時間，中間出貨狀態都不會更新，最後抵達門市一次更新中間出貨進度，那要這個貨物追蹤幹嘛？我就問

System went wrong when claiming a book, and bad customer service, never solve the problem
Can’t see any items in my cart
Suddenly, the system went wrong. I added items to the cart and clicked check out. BUT nothing is showing there and I cannot make the purchase. Please fix it at earliest possible. No one can buy anything via app with this terrible bug.
You guys have a very different view of what "application" should be
At least don't ask me to re-enter my ac password to check my delivery status.
