VELTRA: Tours & Things to Do

I love Veltra’s website. I’ve used it for years and was really excited to see that they finally have an app. But when I downloaded it to my iPhone it immediately went into Japanese. It never gave me the option for English and since I don’t speak Japanese, I can’t get it to English. If anyone can advise me please let me know.

Good app, but the first question should be what language to use. The website itself is great as we can translate to English easy, but I can’t find where in the app to change the language. Please make it easier to find that within the app.

I download the app and it’s automatically set to Japanese...cannot fine the language portion to change to English. I’ve used this app but never experienced this issue. I had to reinstall the app due to updates in my phone. Don’t know how to change to English.

Why is the app in Japanese? Is there a way to change it?

I can’t get this to switch back to English... poor app. Why does this default to Japan on the iPhone 12 pro?

I love this app. ! Very easy to use and lots of options to choose from. Reasonable prices as well! We’ll definitely enjoy our trip to Japan more so now. Thanks Veltra!

每次点击都要等很久，体验不如电脑上操作来的方便。

そもそもアプリが立ち上がらないので使えない。他にも同じコメント書いてる人いるのに改善されないんですね。いらないじゃん。
