I wanted to download this on my ipad mini 2. the screen was so small and I thinker it dont want a id. terrible. u dont wanna try dis if u dont have honour id!!!!!!!!!
I’m not happy
the application does not synchronize all data from the honor 5 watch. for the price I paid for the watch I expected greater accuracy.
New upgrade doesn’t sink properly
The new update does not sink I did over 10,000. Steps when you check the connection section the watch shows 10,000 steps but when you click on health it shows 3000 something steps. It does not connect to Apple health and requires more workouts like aerobics, volleyball, badminton etc. I don’t like the layout of the upgrade either it looks like a child has drafted it. Bring back the old display please. The battery life is appalling, it lasts 3 days and you have to charge in the fourth. I’ve had cheaper watches and they have lasted 7plus days on using it in the same way! When you email go out they tell you to try lots of work around which I have and still hardly any difference. I will be emailing them again!
Won’t connect to Honor Band 5
Bizarre that it won’t allow connection to its own smart band!
Not paired with honor watch gs 4-137
I want to pair a honor watch gs 4-137, the version of the watch is 18.0.0.24, It give me message, the app need to be updated before connecting to this device update it now
Can read and write into iPhone health
I like the my band 9 but the Honor health app can’t read and write the data into my iPhone health app.
Can’t link to apple health
When installing the app, you get promoted to link to apple health, but the button doesn’t work. I am almost certain it’s not on my end. 2 stars until this is fixed.

Great watch and it is very worth it I got gs3pro watch
Drains the phone battery
I’ve had my band for a few weeks and this app regularly tops the battery usage stats on my phone. Today I installed it at 8am, by 6pm it had drained 16% with only 3m on screen (it’s mainly background activity causing the drain). I’ve taken to installing it every few days, syncing the data, then uninstalling it again.
