Bereits gekaufte Tickets werden in der App nicht angezeigt. Login auf der Website ist mehr als umständlich. Je häufiger ich koreanische Apps und Websites nutze, desto mehr habe ich den Eindruck, dass Touristen nicht erwünscht sind.

The App is totally useless for non Koreans 1) each time you buy a ticket you have to re-enter everything. 2) if you get a ticket, it is just a QR code no possibility to load into wallet app. No human readable text to tell you what QR code you just saved 3) just purchased a ticket, but no QR code received 4) response time is abysmal. Qualifies for a comparison to the German Railroad….

Now we are in the year 2015 and there is no English version available. The new version is even more worse than the old one because the little mimics are missing and there is just text. This app is not fit for purpose in the year of 2015.
