It’s slow, clunky and even unfriendly to Korean users. Takes forever to load and send tickets and completely illogical. This is probably the worst travel train app ever made globally. 최악의 앺이네요. 쓰기 불편하고 중요한 기능들은 숨겨놓고 심지어 표 전달도 엄청 느리고… 최악입니다
I feel like a lot of the reviews are just dumb Americans who want everything handed to them on a silver spoon. I’ve been here for 3 going to 4 years and haven’t had a issue.
Do not use this app! It took my money without actually reserving train tickets. Unable to raise any customer service on the phone or see any tickets through the app or official KORAIL website.
Worked a few weeks ago as it had been for several months. Now the inquiry button is missing no matter what cities I choose thus it is impossible to look up fares much less buy tickets. Please fix your ‘update’ which broke all functionality in this app.
The English version is seriously flawed! Took my money for a train ticket and will not let me view my ticket for tomorrows journey. When I type in my reservation information nothing shows up and I’m left on a blank screen. It’s 2023 already! This is a MAJOR FLAW that NEEDS to be FIXED.
I had no choice but to download this app despite terrible rating because korail web site payment screen was broken. Problems to be fixed: 1. 8 middle digits of credit card needs to be entered via app provided “soft keyboard”. Only Korean web sites do this!! This is a fake security and serves no purpose 2. You have to create password but only using numbers! Who does this!? Allow normal password. 3. Even though email is captured, there is no confirmation email sent out after purchase. This is very scary for users to receive no email!!!! 4. When you log into the app there is no record of your purchase!! This is also scary!! You have to enter your email address and other information to pull up your order record. Omg. Why!?! Just give this app proper login / authentication!
그냥 우리 학교 3-4 학년 애들 두명이서 만들어도 이런 어플 안나올거 같음ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 이걸 외주 맡겨서 했다 해도 웃음이 나오고, 본인들이 직접 했다고 하면…. 그건 더 심각하네ㅎㅎㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 웬만한 개발자 두명있는 스타트업들이 만든 어플보다 수준이 떨어지네요 ^^
대한민국 철도 어플 수준이.. 국격을 떨어뜨리네 영문 페이지에서 구입한 승차권이 조회 창으로 넘어가지도 않고 진짜 옵션이 없어서 사용하긴 하는데 어플 진짜 구리다 제발 몇년이 지나도 개선할 생각이 없나 반성 좀 하자
결제 오류 한두번이 아니라 적어도 한 60번은 계속 나네. 민영기업인 Srt보다 돈 더 받고 앱이랑 서비스는 더 낮은 퀄로 주시니까 고맙습니다 ㅎㅎ
I tried checking my ticket for a trip tomorrow and there’s a glitch. I just get a blank screen that says ticket and a button for “previous.” When I press previous the button moves to another part of the screen. I checked my bank account and the money was taken out, so my ticket information should be accessible.
