Hello, I have a question about the application that I would like answered.
I currently live in the United States and have been studying Japanese lately, so I was curious to meet Japanese friends and downloaded the app to try to find friends. Everything was going well, I registered, put a profile picture and added people.
I soon MATCHED some girls and they messaged me, but I couldn’t respond because I needed to buy a membership.
Well, I bought the 1 month one and when I tried to reply to the messages it told me I had to verify my account. I uploaded my ID and they did not accept it, I uploaded my Passport and they did not accept it either, so my question is. How will I verify my account if my documents are not accepted?
How do you accept payment but not my documents?
I need help please.

Es una muy buena app, es muy completa, pero no se qué pasa que tengo problemas con mi verificación, utilizo mis documentos vigentes pero aún así no me acepta o estaré haciendo algo mal?

Es una app para citas en JAPÓN! Investiguen antes de quejarse , si vas a Japón podrás conocer mucha gente divertida o si sabes japones también podrás platicar con gente interesante, he conocido personas maravillosas en esta aplicación y en pairs también, cuesta? Si obvio pero si hablas japonés y puedes viajar a Japón disfrutarás mucho esta aplicación.
Buena app se párese a Tinder
Lo malo es que todo está en Japonés, si pudieran añadir otros idiomas estaría genial
