I made an account and paid for the 6 month subscription which was $100 and I can’t message anybody because my identity can’t be verified without Japanese documentation. I’ve emailed them for a refund if they can’t find a solution. Waiting for the response.

Compared to other apps this one is just so simple to navigate. The fact that a US passport can be used for verification is really nice too.

There's no way to verify yourself if you don't have any sort of Japanese documentation which you need to use the app
A very sweet app tho. It’s the best I’ve seen but currently there is a little problem. After using my Japanese ID card for verification, it shows I should do video verification. Well, there shouldn’t be a need for video verification even after using my Japanese ID card to verify my identity. Please consider this. I will be glad if my opinion is utilized.
Harder to learn how to use it. Only Japanese language. And high price monthly fee.
I paid the subscription and when I was verifying my identification it told me my documents were not valid for identity and age verification. I used my US passport, should be sufficient. I told them if they insist on rejecting my identity verification, they should at least have the decency to give me a refund. No response.
This app has good support and if you’re willing to know Japanese language you can get far here but you need a us passpoe as a American to use this site so if you don’t got that on top of Japanese language skills you will have hard time .
I do not have a Japanese license/ID or any of the other Japanese documents required to verify my ID, only US documents. I paid $30 and still cannot message anyone and wasted my money. Support for US documents should really be added.
